Trans people are, and have always been, part of every society, through history and across cultures. Yet they continue to face discrimination, violence and barriers to essential healthcare. These challenges are fuelled by stigma, exclusion and policies that deny people the right to live safely and authentically.
That's why for World Pride 2026 we partnered with Hot People Care About on a project to support the (BIPOC) trans community.
We created two different tees. One in collaboration with Rotterdam-based artist and illustrator Sioe Jeng Tsao (she/they). Their work delves into identity, migration, queerness, and belonging. For them, art isn’t just expression, it’s a tool for resistance, visibility, and care.
Alongside the collaborative Trans Is Beautiful design, we’re also releasing a classic Hot People Care About tee featuring the statement: Hot People Care About Trans Rights.
Every purchase supports Trans United Europe (TUE), an Amsterdam-based organization led by trans BIPOC advocates. 45% of proceeds from this drop go directly to TUE, funding critical initiatives including:
* Improved access to trans-specific healthcare
* Enhanced living conditions for trans communities
* Strengthened HIV prevention and response efforts
TUE empowers and emancipates trans BIPOC communities through advocacy, support, and policy change at local, national, and international levels. Their work ensures access to sexual healthcare, provides vital support for trans sex workers, promotes economic independence, and fights for greater inclusion in European political frameworks.
